仔女今晚唔返來吃飯,兩口子去了南華會打波。很久沒有做運動,成身都散哂都唔想週圍去揾食;隨意見了間餐廳就入去搞掂算了。豈料它有christmas dinner set提供,於是提早興祝聖誕節啦!😜Diver Scallop Mousse將扇貝打成慕絲都是初次品嘗,口感好滑。加上鮭魚珍珠襯托搶眼。配菜用羽衣甘藍和鮮露筍旣健康又名貴,混合檸檬醋味道清新開胃。Pumpkin Chestnut Soup南瓜湯濃郁美味,廚師把粟子燒烤過混入其中加強口感。Crispy Skin AmadaiAmadai 肉質嫩滑, 魚皮炸得非常脆口鬆化,以法式海鮮醬令魚味更加提升不少。再食埋新鮮露筍和超甜番茄仔,怕肥的人士是唔錯的選擇。Christmas Dessert以士多啤梨Mousse 混入芝士打得不像一般慕絲淋身,頗有實感。師傅巧妙地放在一塊黑石上面,加了些點綴;互相呼應,很有聖誕氣氛。Coffee
