聽車友推介,有間低調有質素西餐廳,遊車河經過順便試下。臨近聖誕節食返個聖誕大餐~餐廳幾有情調,原來佢哋日頭係茶記,夜晚就會變身好chill既bar & lounge.前菜:柚子骨味清新 + 芝麻八爪魚大大隻 + 中華沙津湯:金磚羅宋湯,湯一到聞到好濃好香牛肉味!原來金磚意思係麵包磚裝住啲湯,包邊烘得乾脆。湯入面有牛肉粒一食就知係靚貨,精華所在。主菜:蜜糖芥末豬手,極度推介!成隻豬手好大份,就咁食一啖豬手會食到蜜糖甜。 點一點蜜糖芥末醬再食,中和咗甜又食出芥末味。最後再加上酸菜一齊食,食落清清地覺得啱啱好。 一道主菜三種食法同三種味道。主菜: 寶雲酥羊架,羊架表面有一層“草”,問返店員先知原來係羅勒葉加寶雲酥加麵包碎牛油加啲調味料炒過再烘乾,脆脆地,肉加香料配合得好好,羊肉有羊味而唔羶。甜品:自家制 brownies,好濃好重朱古力味,為聖誕大餐劃上個完滿句號。店主好親切,會主動介紹每一道菜同食法,見佢得閒就去唔同枱同食客傾計,係一個用心對待食客的做法,人情味為進達餐廳添加唔少分數呢!
