To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記憶中第一次黎聘珍樓食飯，因爲好辛苦係旅發局搶到優惠可以以優惠價 HK$200享用大蝦沙律原隻南非鮑魚二人套餐(原價 HK$1,000)。魔鬼在細節，加一服務費以原價計算，最少三天前致電訂座，只適用於週一至週六。餐廳裝修都幾高檔，位置就遠港鐵站少少。呢個大蝦沙律原隻南非鮑魚二人套餐包以下食物：香芒大花蝦沙律花膠北菇燉菜膽原隻南非8頭鮮鮑魚鵝掌翡翠彩椒芹香龍躉球明太子海鮮炒飯生磨蛋白杏仁露茶介已包。香芒大花蝦沙律連皮芒果一片起咗肉再切件，上面有一隻剝殼凍蝦開邊，再加上卡夫奇妙醬，伴有兩片士多啤梨。蝦肉無特別，芒果酸酸甜甜，士多啤梨乾乾地，普通料一碟。彩椒芹香龍躉球4片龍躉連皮，無算好球，味道口感同我上次係JW Cafe自助餐食完全無得比，唔夠彈牙同新鮮，伴有大量西芹，翠玉瓜同燈籠椒。花膠北菇燉菜膽一打開就聞到好香金華火腿味，個湯鹹度適中，味道好。花膠兩舊，出街食黎講算厚身。北菇一大隻，都好好肉地。菜膽煲得好腍，呢個燉湯就似樣d。原隻南非8頭鮮鮑魚鵝掌翡翠鮮鮑魚好腍同非常入味，就咁放入口咬就得，正！鵝掌都整得非常腍，食到膠質。伴有兩細棵小棠菜。呢個餸就整得唔錯。明太子海鮮炒飯明太子海鮮炒飯
