天氣終於轉冷, 真正踏入冬天既一刻, 緊係食火鍋啦。今日去黃埔行完街, 就順路去埋紅磡睇下有咩好有野食。經過崇潔街, 見到聚一醒門口牌住全單有八八折, 所以最尾決定係依度食火鍋。依度環境都幾闊落, 枱與枱之間都有距離。食物方面,種類選擇都算多。另亦都設有多種醬料供選擇。安格斯肥牛(細):食火鍋點可以無肥牛呀,今次亦都唔例外,繼續食肥牛啦。肥牛上面既雪花分怖得好平均,而且色澤鮮紅,肥牛既分量都比想像多。放落湯底到灼一灼,牛肉已經熟左,咬落去第一口,牛肉味濃,肉質鮮味,口感好淋身。好正!用依個價錢食依個質素既肥牛,抵食!潮汕牛肉丸-半份:兩個人食叫左半份就夠,賣相同普通牛丸差唔多,但咬完估唔到有咁多汁同有濃郁牛肉味,味道似足手打牛丸夠哂彈牙炸紫菜響鈴:一般響鈴都只係鮮炸腐竹,但依個入面捲住左紫菜,灼一灼就食得,陣陣紫菜香同響鈴原有既味道好夾。唐生菜:份量好多,菜食得出好新鮮凍檸茶:茶底濃,同檸檬味好夾。而且比一般既火鍋店既凍檸茶大杯,唔洗驚唔夠飲。
