To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我地公司同事一起去海鮮店聚會，真的很開心可以在年初一起來吃一頓。海鮮真的很多，我好鐘意嬌蘭瀨尿蝦，瀨尿蝦很大一隻，近來都吃了很多海鮮，瀨尿蝦的肉質吃的出來是很新鮮多肉的，加上芥末等醬料就使得瀨尿蝦的肉味更加的辛辣甘甜，肉感好霸道，但係呢種辣同海鮮嘅鮮混合在一起簡直系天衣無縫。鮑魚都係好靚嘅貨色，唔知邊個咁有眼光，一隻隻都很大而且多肉，鮑魚汁勾芡得很鮮美，鮑魚本身就已經係一道美味，稍微製作一下就顯得鮑魚入味非常，口感十分滑膩。蟹肉都係好大一隻，呢個時間啲蟹肉居然唔會差，蟹肉好有海鮮的鮮味，就算是簡單的點豉油都覺得好好味。價錢都算公道，又系同事聚會，所以都唔會話好貴，招呼周到咯。

 鮑魚都係好靚嘅貨色，唔知邊個咁有眼光，一隻隻都很大而且多肉，鮑魚汁勾芡得很鮮美，鮑魚本身就已經係一道美味，稍微製作一下就顯得鮑魚入味非常，口感十分滑膩。
