呢間店舖的老闆有好多諗法為香港帶來唔同日本美食的分店,每間分店都各具特色同風格,如日式拉麵、磯燒海產的,今次就同朋友黎嚐一嚐北海道爐端燒,黎到當然要飲啤酒談談心食串燒,點了很多串燒爽一番,師傅係我地面前現場烹調,現在即制既視覺效果真係好正,熊熊烈火香噴噴串燒一串一串呈上;串燒5款(廚師發板)、煙肉蠔、冬菇串、大蔥雞肉串、食到華味鳥 手羽先,點了雞中翼,一咬落去肉汁bi曬比黎! 呢一串雞中翼三十幾蚊原來以為普通野,但是是日本新鮮空運的,好有驚喜!另外明太子牛油燒烏賊鬚,一上枱面好香噴噴,燒的時候加上自製醬汁值得一試,而如果想飽肚呢度有海鮮丼;裡面有帶子、三文魚、其他不同魚生和三文魚籽,新鮮不在話下,而呢度的Wasabi是自家現磨十分新鮮,下次再黎同朋友黎食先!
