見張AE白金卡有$1000 dining credit 回贈,咁就book咗《卅二公館》去同朋友慶祝生日,夠晒特別,終於唔駛食西餐😆。1️⃣滷水花膠凍 $240初時會以為係好重嘅滷水味,到食落口有淡淡清香,加上有唐芹增加香味都幾特別。2️⃣原味鮮肉小籠包 $95真正嘅皮薄餡靚,小籠包個汁濃而不濁。3️⃣陳年黑醋海蜇頭 $180做前菜一流,黑醋令到大家食慾大開,海蜇頭又脆又爽口。4️⃣42天飼養北京片皮鴨 $750果然係Signature Dish 👍😋,鴨肉鬆軟可口,油而不膩,即場表演混醬,都幾得意。5️⃣化皮乳豬 $380有驚喜,雖然豬肉比較厚身,但個乳豬皮好脆口,配埋厚肉一齊食,香脆酥鬆。6️⃣蜜汁頂級西班牙黑毛豬叉燒 $350又係Signature Dish,叉燒係唔錯嘅,如果可以燶邊嘅話就更perfect喇。7️⃣羊肚菌素燒豆腐 $200芡汁好特別,並唔係普通蠔油芡汁,食得出有精煉過好有心思,燒豆腐外脆內嫩。8️⃣香芋臘味糯米飯 $250好足料折炒得好香口,但太多油,有小小扣分。9️⃣綠茶青檸乳酪蛋糕 $125食飽飽再食呢個甜品,酸酸嘅青檸乳酪加綠茶,即刻消曬滯,好fresh嘅味道。1️⃣0️⃣綠茶朱古力心太軟 $125

訂位嘅時候服務員都會問要唔要預留佢地嘅signature dish : 片皮鴨同埋叉燒,因為呢兩款都係每天限量。而鴨殼就好似平時食片皮鴨一樣,可以打包攞走架😆
唔好諗住以為中式餐廳就唔會有生日甜點呀,佢地都會幫手係甜品到寫《Happy Birthday》仲會有幾個服務員圍圈一齊唱生日歌,都真係好amazing, 一啲都唔hea。
