朋友介紹食鹽焗雞同梅子蒸羔蟹,原來雞是要預訂的,唯有叫乳鴿代替。再點了蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子同扇貝+海鮮炒飯。坐在室外,乘著海風等食...梅子蒸羔蟹-羔蟹非常新鮮,有大量橙色蟹膏,以梅子蓉加蒜蓉來蒸,本人覺得偏酸,蓋了蟹本身的鮮味紅燒乳鴿-皮脆但肉有點鞋,overcook左少少蒜蓉蒸蟶子扇貝-火喉拿捏得非常好,肉很鮮嫩,蒜蓉調味得剛好,不太咸,最喜歡是加了不少粉絲海鮮炒飯-飯炒得乾身而不油膩最後送上免費西瓜

平日人客不多,老闆非常好客,走過來同我們閒聊。幾個餸陸陸續續很快上枱,但未食完第一口蟹,乳鴿同炒飯便同時上場,還未嘗乳鴿,蒸扇貝蟶子亦駕到,難免放涼了一點。海鮮是要襯熱食的,如果餸菜上枱時間可以分開一點點,食客便可品嘗食物最好的時候了。
