是次Salisterra與倫敦著名五星級酒店Hotel Café Royal聯乘推出英式下午茶看得出餐單的設計也滲進了傳統英式風味🧀Truffle gougere黑松露泡芙裡面有濃濃芝士醬，齒頰留香，作為頭盤先聲奪人🥪四款三文治水準也不錯，其中Coronation chicken最特別，雞肉餡料加入mayo及咖哩粉後變得惹味；Roast beef的帶有香草味，牛肉也夠嫩滑吃罷鹹點之後，侍應便奉上用來清一清口腔味蕾的小點：小小的一杯🍧紅桑子接骨木花雪葩配上牛油酥餅，雪葩非常清新Salisterra馳名的英式鬆餅✨口感鬆軟，配上士多啤梨醬更加可口甜品方面🍓士多啤梨果醬蛋糕最突出的反而是餅底；牛油味濃，入口鬆化🍐香梨柚子雲呢拿蛋糕裡面的梨蓉非常濃郁，即使配上外層的白巧克力也不覺膩🍰紅桑子蛋糕則浸滿了朗姆酒，從賣相到味道都很有傳統懷舊風味🍫朱古力果仁閃電泡芙也屬正常發揮最後提一提大家，於Kkday預訂還有第二位半價及贈送兩杯mocktail優惠Mocktail的味道類似芒果鳳梨，充滿夏日感覺也比較解膩質素不錯的餐點配上Salisterra的開揚海景，實在划算雖然發文的時候這個聯乘已經完結，但看
