To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 20170310--聯和墟的茶餐廳比比皆是,樂斯牛雜專家位置在滙豐銀行橫街附近,繁忙時間過後,人流較少。此店門麵紅紅的招牌,有點搶眼,但個人覺得它的賣點是下午茶時間特長,下午二時至晩上七時。店內環境老舊,分佈了卡位和部份圓桌。當天已接近六時,還可以點下午茶餐(豬扒河配凍奶茶):凍奶茶--點少甜,但還是很甜,甜多茶味少。豬手河,豬手是一般鹵水做法,三小件,炆得夠腍,河粉不滑也不"鞋"口,份量偏少,整體味道可以。埋單:$31,回家才發現好像店員忘了加凍飲$2。此店下午茶時間特長,茶餐只是約$31,味道普通,只作日常平價開飯之選。
