To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 工作中午餐,去到呢間粉麵店,店面同店內都比較舊,比較暗,當然半滿唔使等位,我哋揀咗個卡位,星期日都有下午茶時段特價,落單時同事切腩(下午茶價)我就想雙拼,落單姨姨話無問題,可以雙拼,我同同事嘅理解係下午茶時間特價都可以做雙拼,點知睇單係普通價!不過其實望翻餐牌,下午茶嘅特價有點取巧,好像雙丸河咁計,普通價$29,加飲品$7(不計冷熱),下午茶價$34包飲品,凍飲加$2,其實如果跟凍飲嘅,下午茶時間嘅便宜根本同普通一樣!有點「言語偽術」牛腩牛筋河粉($43)叫了多蔥,賣相不錯,牛腩淋身唔嚡,牛筋略硬,湯太鹹了,河粉略厚身,唔夠滑!熱檸茶(跟麵)茶底濃唔澀,茶餐廳水準同事食:牛腩河($36)熱檸茶(跟麵)食物一般,店員姨姨係好直嘅人,落單上菜勤快價錢上有點取巧

愈來愈鐘意食沙嗲汁,呢間茶餐廳冇乜特別,不過識叫既話可以叫沙嗲牛肉同牛腩既雙拼麵。-佢既牛腩汁味好濃好正,加埋沙嗲汁出奇地夾啦,但又唔會搶到大家既味道-成個麵既重點係佢既牛腩,唔肯定佢係咪牛坑腩,但真係好林,入口即融果種-如果鐘意食牛腩又驚痴牙一定要去試下,唔會推介錯既!

20170310--聯和墟的茶餐廳比比皆是,樂斯牛雜專家位置在滙豐銀行橫街附近,繁忙時間過後,人流較少。此店門麵紅紅的招牌,有點搶眼,但個人覺得它的賣點是下午茶時間特長,下午二時至晩上七時。店內環境老舊,分佈了卡位和部份圓桌。當天已接近六時,還可以點下午茶餐(豬扒河配凍奶茶):凍奶茶--點少甜,但還是很甜,甜多茶味少。豬手河,豬手是一般鹵水做法,三小件,炆得夠腍,河粉不滑也不"鞋"口,份量偏少,整體味道可以。埋單:$31,回家才發現好像店員忘了加凍飲$2。此店下午茶時間特長,茶餐只是約$31,味道普通,只作日常平價開飯之選。

今日去開粉嶺 隨便入一間餐廳食lunch~離遠已經見到大大隻字好搶眼嘅樂斯招牌~於是就入左去試下~我地一行8人~大部份人都叫左干炒牛河~因為我唔食牛所以只有我叫左日式烏冬其實價錢幾抵,37蚊有飯/麵+湯+飲品南瓜湯味道唔錯,豬骨味好香濃👍不過炒烏冬炒得比較「淋」,但份量都幾大下而且都幾重味~服務態度唔錯,我個烏冬遲左到都即刻幫我追~而且係入座時都好快幫我安排位置

午餐.........普通一間茶餐廳!早餐...炸菜魚片河超正!!本來河粉一定要配辣椒油先好味,但呢碗唔洗!!炸菜絲,魚片絲, 加了點芝麻, 仲有D辣味!! 好鬼正!!每次到聯和墟食早餐一定好!!
