To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開業兩年多,據說天天爆場,於是就早一星期慕名訂位一試.現場果然人頭湧湧,沒有訂位的朋友怕且都要失望而回.店家走型格新派路線,木裝飾品點題之餘,亦頗特別.仔細觀察,鋪位不算大,但就聰明的劃分成二人四人卡位檯,大檯數目其實只有三數張,這,也算是迎合現今人口結構,核心家庭,三倆知己,最重要的,是可以吸納情侶客,是晚一行五人,原本訂位時只有卡座,不過店方見我們人數較多,為我們轉去其中一張大檯,僅此謝過他們的貼心照顧.是晚菜色:開水白菜:津白切成蓮花狀,見刀章,味道亦清淡,可以吃出蔬菜的味道,同上湯亦匹配.水晶鴨舌:鴨舌藏在晶瑩的膏狀內,賣相美妙.蠔油蘑菇:居然令我聯想起日本鰻魚既千切法,賣相真的無話可說,味道亦鮮甜.牡丹蝦仁:青瓜同蝦仁薄切,又系刀工表現.山藥淮山:鮮淮山蘸上兩款不同的果漿汁,甜甜的,非常有新鮮感烤鴨:對於怕肥的朋友,這裡的烤鴨一定適合你,因為片去了脂肪的部分,但我老爸之類的舊式人就比較喜歡油香濃一點的,店家的取向應該系走新派食法,亦要照顧健康潮流吧.每點一份烤鴨,都可以點選鴨架十食的其中一款,又系一個gimmck.我們就選了鴨肉包.味道是較為重的一道菜,但熱燙可口,不錯.蔥烤
