滷水三拼鵝片無骨啖啖肉,鵝肉非常入味,有咬口,肥膏亦唔會過多,鵝腸非常爽脆,而且一點肥膏都冇,墨魚唔韌煮得剛剛好,滷水汁的濃度剛好,不會過鹹。客家黃酒雞(半隻)一上枱陣陣酒香,第一口已經深深感受到黃酒跟雞肉的完美配合,黃酒香甜,可直接喝順口而帶微甜,雞肉份量都唔少,肉質嫩滑。豉油皇煎大蝦炒得好香,食落惹味,有好香既豉油味,亦唔會太咸,蝦肉新鮮,廚師將蝦切開,令蝦肉好入味。啫啫蝦乾蝦醬通菜放咗大蝦乾去炒,通菜炒得乾身,味濃郁的蝦醬,帶點微微辣椒辣,好惹味。沙茶牛肉炒河粉牛肉質地嫩滑,沙爹味道濃郁杰身,掛滿每一條河粉。福果芋泥我食潮州菜必食甜品,質地夠滑,口感夠粉,芋香味濃。逢星期五六日夜晚6點,有琴師伴奏同歌手唱歌,仲可以點唱,而個年代都少見而類餐廳,氣氛好好,一邊食飯有歌聽,環境坐得舒服食打冷。

福果芋泥
我食潮州菜必食甜品,質地夠滑,口感夠粉,芋香味濃。
