To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

肉丸牛肉粥

獨個兒去食晏，行遠少少去咗食粥。因為始創最近的粥店都算這裡了。而呢間野d粥之前食過都唔錯。今次就要了肉丸牛肉粥。肉丸有好似三粒 (唔太sure，一係2粒或3粒)，牛肉份量都好多。粥底好綿，無味精，不過佢加咗薑絲入去，搞到我揀得好辛苦。牛肉幾稔滑，有輕微的被嗱過，但質地同肉味仍在。豬肉丸大大粒，無咩肥肉。隱約間見到有d蝦肉。都幾爽口嘅。整體很不錯，足料又夠熱。
