To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 肉肉獸Suki姐又唔安份喇,話要帶我去試新嘢喔 只要有得食,捨命陪女子啊,哈哈。今次帶我黎牛角日本燒肉,黎得比較早人唔多,唔需要等位。呢間餐廳裝修係以深色調為主,好有日系清冷既氣質 店里點菜係用IPAD自助下單既,下單后服務員会将已點好既餐單紙送上俾客人過目同服務員上菜確認。Suki姐一睇到這肉肉就再都按捺不住佢既口水喇,尺寸大小厚薄基本一样,成色超级好!日式烤肉係网格状烤盘,操作簡單,因為都係自己動手烤制,所以係烤既時候一定要注意火候既掌控,唔好烤得過老而影响佐口感,基本上烤到6-7分熟最佳。有Suki姐小能手係度,我负责食就好 牛肉十分新鲜,入口即化,配上酱料超讚!對於肉肉獸黎講每一啖既肉都代表住幸福···請讓我飄會兒··當然烤既手勢都好重要的,Suki姐簡直就係熟手技工喇,專業烤肉20年。食烤肉配生啤,正啊!絕配!虽然係烤肉餐廳,但餐廳入邊唔會有好大既油烟味,呢個都係唔錯既方面。發覺食肉獸都係齋食肉既,但係肉肉已經令我兩個好滿足喇,下次要再黎!!
