泰國菜,許多香港人都喜歡吃的,荃灣區最出名的,算是金坊泰國美食,尤其是路得圍那間分店,假日好難找到座位的,要提早在門口等的。每次來吃,都會叫海南雞,肉質超嫩滑彈牙,且肥瘦均勻,最重要貪其是去了骨,真是吃過不停。青檸汁燒豬頸肉,好香炭燒味道,酸酸甜甜。酸辣鳳爪沙律,也是我的至愛,酸辣開胃,無骨鳳爪,最方便不過。馬拉盞炒通菜,鍾意其好濃味,夠晒香辣惹味。芒果沙冰,三色冰,是不錯選擇。榴槤炸彈,朋友是榴槤迷,見有新推介甜品,立即好渴望想試。果然充滿榴槤幽香,熱辣辣吃是最好味。最後還送上免費甜品,椰青糕,好清新香甜。肚仔吃得超飽,超滿足回家去。
