To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大發餐廳開心菜館既奶茶在比賽以贏得奶茶王既稱號出名，耐不耐就會黎欣賞一下佢杯奶茶，再食既個午餐。除左奶茶佢啲野食都唔差，今次介紹我既最愛：肉醬意粉。🍝焗肉醬意大利粉 $40😋首先，淨係肉醬多過意粉已經冇得輸，加上肉醬既肉碎好豐富，每一淡都夠肉夠醬！仲有，佢既意粉會加芝士再焗，佢既芝士超香！但拉到絲，又再為成個意粉加左好多分！係個份量方面，對大食既人可能唔夠。🥤凍奶茶 +$2😋叫得奶茶王當然係好飲啦，但點好飲法呢。茶低夠香夠濃而又不會澀。奶同茶既比例控制得好好，入口好滑，真係會上癮！整體：🌟🌟🌟🌟/5

😋首先，淨係肉醬多過意粉已經冇得輸，加上肉醬既肉碎好豐富，每一淡都夠肉夠醬！仲有，佢既意粉會加芝士再焗，佢既芝士超香！但拉到絲，又再為成個意粉加左好多分！係個份量方面，對大食既人可能唔夠。
