燒肉酒場今晚天氣轉涼,同朋友好想食燒肉,於是我哋去咗銅鑼灣呢間燒肉店食。紐西蘭羊西冷好口肉,肥瘦適中,燒起來很有香味,吃起來富彈性,肉汁豐富。一定要提一提他的成吉思汗粉,是孜然粉的改良版,食羊肉唔少得。柚子雞腿肉我最喜歡用有子來醃製食物,這雞腿肉好嫰滑,有少許柚子味,連皮烤完之後油香十足,好味!壺漬牛肋條醃製得好好,牛肋條有咬口,又好嫰,非常入味,其中一件特意烤多些時間,外脆內軟, 十分好吃。羊湯茶漬飯日式茶漬飯係得多,這碗羊湯真的好暖胃,有很多紫菜,有羊片,我加些Wasabi,真係好正。唐楊雞軟骨好有咬口,同朋友一邊傾一邊食,滋味。桂花烏龍水果茶有桂花味有烏龍味,水果味搭配好好,如果唔係咁貴,真係會飲多杯。🤭
