To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向奉行肉食主義的小人，日式燒肉乃至愛極品！好笑的是今次竟然由日本的朋友推薦此超級平價、兼且高質的燒肉店相聚一番，何其巧合！踫巧餐廳推出薩摩黑毛和牛的套餐，豈有放過的道理，旋即一試！套餐的牛部位分別為牛肩肉、赤身與及牛五花。牛肩肉和赤身肉味豐腴，不管單吃還是佐飯皆甚滋味！牛五花吃的是脂香，燒完的肉泛著濃濃的油光，入口潤滑不已，令人再三回味！250克的黑毛和牛被我倆風捲殘雲，暴風式的掃個清光！而加配的豬五花雖然同樣油潤，吃下卻是爽而不膩，蘸點靈魂醬汁蒜味醬油與味噌，非凡的惹味！一口燒肉、一啖啤酒，人生一樂也！
