To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聞名已久趁閒日黎試下食晚飯差唔多八點黎到 唔使排隊這家店主打肉餅一打開餐牌 不得了 有五十幾款啊點選了松露芝士牛肝菌煎肉餅飯叫左少飯 唔知係咪落單無註明 仲係超大碟肉餅煎得焦香邊位的脆面 有豬油渣似的風味帶粉紅的肉餅 唔會實的的有少少手打漢堡扒的感覺吃得到肉粒但唔太鬆散有少少筋 但只係幾粒 可接受第一啖最外圍只食到脆邊第二啖開始才吃到松露的味道牛肝菌唔係切碎撈入肉餅而係原粒好似餡料咁放响肉餅中間有成五、六朵好足料應該係放入肉餅前已經煎香左好處係菌香味更出 但好乾身芝士味唔太出 但可以令松露味更香濃又令到肉餅更濕潤肉餅固然出色就連餐飲的柑桔話梅蜜都值得一讚杯柑桔好濃郁 有少少似綠豆沙咁 一放上枱 唔使攪d柑桔微粒已平均飄散整杯上下左右食完個飯 飲到尾 都無話糖漿沉底與水分離係甜既 但未至於太過份原粒話梅 按自己口味篤散佢 調和柑桔的甜味飲完仲有潤喉既感覺埋單時讚杯飲品問阿姐杯柑桔點解唔會沉底佢大方分享 話預早開好左架客人點餐時再加水
