To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前都已經去過呢間餐廳食佢其他煎肉餅，都已經係信心嘅保證😋😋今次去完行景點，順便過去餐廳食個下午茶。因為唔係好肚餓，所以今次就冇叫到例牌煎肉餅，反而叫咗個蝦堡菠菜牛角包🥐，真心想講，好😆😆😆首先蝦堡大大塊，不在話下，炸得剛剛好，唔會覺得太油膩，又或者炸到乾水，食落去真係有啖啖蝦肉 🥰🥰🍤，菠菜淡淡香慢慢散發出來😌對於下午茶來講，份量真係啱啱好😄配上鮮蕃茄同埋沙律菜，帶出蝦堡哈寶嘅鮮味🤩重點，附送膠手套，等你可以用手抓住佢嚟食😁😁
