To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

踏入屏山老地方，巷子入面，隱藏起嗰份居民嘅熱鬧。店裡嘅裝潢簡單，就仿似見到嘅茶餐廳咁。但呢度嘅肉餅？真係令人眼前一亮🌟！每塊肉餅都厚實得嚟又唔沉闷，特別嗰六重芝士肉餅，啖啖肉香，間中夾雜著芝士嘅牽絲，食落真係過癮。蒙古辣孜然羊肉嘅肉餅另有一番風味，辣中帶香，再掛上孜然嘅特別味道，好似游走喺香料市集中咁，令人一試難忘。咸鮮得黎又唔膩口嘅燕麥薏仁豆漿，飲落滿是滿足感。嚟呢度，可以欣賞老屋村風光嘅同時，真係食到喺其他地方試唔到嘅肉餅。每一口都充滿驚喜，肉餅同味道搭配得天衣無縫，充分享受到居民對美食嘅熱情喺屋邨間嘅傳承。🍽️🥩🧀
