今日lunch嗌咗個肉骨茶,menu係寫新加坡白胡椒肉骨茶(配雞油香飯或米飯),咁我無為意,嗌咗。上菜就見到好大碗湯,飲咗幾啖係好香胡椒味,顏色係清啲。食咗幾啖肉,都ok。然後食食吓見到碗湯有豬肚。。。(豬肚,即是豬胃)而我係一個唔食內臟嘅人。。。豬胃係用嚟消化食物,好容易洗唔乾淨,我成個餐食唔落,望到都唔開胃。我知道肉骨茶每間餐廳有唔同嘅煮法,用料會有啲唔同,但一啲特別啲嘅材料我覺得要係menu寫埋出嚟。menu寫肉骨茶我點估到有豬肚,我知道有豬肚我就唔會嗌呢個餐。。。另外,個飲品係椰子斑蘭冰,係好重色素同香精,不推薦。
