一直都想去呢間食下串燒,今次終於同班朋友夾到時間一齊去食。原來呢到係係大廈入面,好似有啲神秘感咁。入到去,地方唔係好大。大部份係高枱,都有啲食串燒同傾計飲酒既feel,牆壁上仲掛住左好多酒。睇下個Menu幾乎全部都係串燒,難怪個名都叫做肚餓了串燒,唔通食完真係會肚餓感「全消」哈哈首先,係珍寶帆立貝。每個帆立貝都幾乎有一個$5銀咁大,燒到半生熟,味道很鮮甜。四式燒蠔,分別係黑松露醬、芝士金黃醬、蒜蓉同芝士。每款都各有特色,不過我比較鍾意食黑松露醬,呢個有好香嘅黑松露味同蘑菇香。呢個燒雞泡魚干好惹味,味道鹹鹹地,煙煙韌韌,啱來做餸酒嘅小菜芝士燒大蝦,呢個大蝦好長,幾乎有一把間尺咁長。芝士味好濃,好惹味,蝦肉真係好爽口同鮮甜。蜜糖燒雞翼,呢個雞翼皮嘅面頭充滿些蜜糖味, 好似自己去BBQ燒嘢食咁, 不過入面肉味就冇乜味啦。秘製牛舌飯,每片牛舌都切得好厚身,醬汁好惹味,加埋芝士落去焗,更加開胃!最後,叫咗個四式燒帶子,呢個我就比較鍾意食芝士黃金醬汁,佢係芝士醬加埋少少沙律醬再加埋粟米同蟹柳同帶子一齊去焗,味道酸酸甜甜好開胃!
