To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

玩完獨木舟梗係要食返啲嘢補充體力喇，朋友帶咗我嚟條巷仔食小食。哇好多人呀，等咗一陣位終於揾到張四人枱。因為大家都好肚餓，所以嗌咗好多嘢，腸粉，豆漿，魚蛋，雞脾，餈飯，燒賣，超滿足！ 佢哋個豆漿好好飲呀，夠冰凍又唔係好甜，依加係711或岀面買嗰啲豆漿好甜，我都好少飲。腸粉夠滑，加埋甜醬，麻醬，芝麻撈埋食真係一流。魚蛋又爽口，佢哋啲辣醬好野味，同平時街邊食嗰啲唔同。仲有15蚊隻雞脾大大隻啖啖肉，拎住嚟食食得好開心呀，最緊要全有食物都好平
