To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一段時間沒有光顧三哥了, 過了午飯時間, 店內人流不算太多, 順利找到位置坐下, 不用搭枱.想也不用想, 還是點我至愛的配搭-腩肉豆卜清湯米線($33, 小米線減$1), 天氣比較熱就順道加配一杯凍檸茶(+$7).首先送上的是凍檸茶, 茶味適中, 不會太淡或太澀, 喝到最底仍然有茶味.不一會米線亦上場了, 先喝一口久違了的清湯, 不知怎的, 就是喜歡這湯的味道, 估計是一道秘方吧!豆卜吸收了湯的味道, 軟軟的, 很好吃.腩肉切成薄片, 肥瘦相間, 也很好吃.雖然是減了米線的份量, 但是我亦沒辦法把它KO, 實在有點浪費, 罪過罪過...
