今次我地一行十人慶生日之星,去到尖沙咀試潮洲菜!生煎墨魚香餅 $88/碟,我地叫左兩碟。墨魚肉好彈牙,煎得啱啱好唔會太燶。金牌滷水鮮鵝肝$120。呢個正呀,入口即溶,食到停唔到口。潮洲滷水鵝掌翼$88,味道唔算太濃,就咁食都唔會太咸。至尊滷水拼盆$218,鵝片嘅份量少左啲,唔算太諗。其他如紅腸大腸雞蛋等等都比較多。大眼雞-時價。好鮮味😍生炒咕嚕肉,唔算好多茨汁,啲肉都唔係好肥。反沙芋,心機野,可以一試香煎蠔仔烙,唔算好油。個味都唔錯,都算多蠔仔。
