環境:好寬敞,檯與檯之間有好多空間,坐得好舒服食物:中西fusion,以燒烤、烤焗、燉、蒸、慢煮等等不同方法烹調豬肉Barbecued pork bun($10):麵包表皮又白又滑,不過感覺有啲似食緊麵粉。但由於有先入為主嘅感覺,總係覺得點心叉燒包嗰啲好食啲鬆化啲;但入面就係醃咗BBQ sauce嘅豬肉絲,唔似點心叉燒包嗰啲係一粒粒叉燒加肥豬肉咁Barbecued pork ribs($348):有5條骨,仲有白飯&coleslaw。試過好多咬到牙都甩嘅劣質豬肋骨,但呢度嘅真係一切就散晒,做到真正骨肉分離,正!表面有少少乾身不過肉質好juicy,好重薑醋味道,但帶少少辣,雖然我唔食得辣但係都覺得好惹味,想食完再食!白飯:飯碗好熱,熱到爭啲跌咗!Poached egg ham hash brown($75):同平時食開嘅hash brown好唔同,用上豬肉絲、薯仔、洋蔥碎煎成金黃色嘅薯仔餅,感覺唔油膩。poached egg好新鮮好靚,圓碌碌成個波咁滑不溜口,輕輕吉一吓,橙黃色嘅蛋汁就好似瀑布咁流出嚟,非常好味。自家製綠茶雪糕($20):綠茶味唔太濃郁,鍾意綠茶嘅朋友考慮市面上嘅雪糕點會

好多人話呢度食物份量好細,的確係細嘅。但總算誠意搭夠,而且食物新鮮,呢隻肥豬可以再試!
