Time Square 開左 The Fat Pig, 標榜用本地豬炮製出全豬餐。今日試左個set lunch 先黎前菜初時見到d豬油,會怕太油,但發現豬油只是薄薄一層,下面系豬肉醬...豬肉醬好幼滑,質感有d似吞拿魚蓉。放在toast上,加埋果醬,味道好match!跟住有湯豬肉味道好香濃,飲落一d都唔油,好清爽,湯入面仲有一隻糖心蛋 ^^到主菜~炸豬頸肉,口感有d薄,冇左平時豬頸肉爽脆嘅囗感,我自己中意炸里肌肉多d。最後係甜品望落似炸豬排,其實係vanilla ice cream coated with caramel seasalt,味道好配合,seasalt 同苺醬中和左雪糕嘅甜味:)除左食物好食,餐廳環境闊落,感覺舒適,期待下次試下dinner menu。P.S. 水是另外收費,HK$5一位。
