To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前喺附近做嘢，搵到呢間隱世西餐，同同事去食都好唔錯，只係嗰時油煙勁大，搞到想再去食，同事又唔肯再去。不過事隔三年再嚟懷緬吓，發覺煙霧不再瀰漫，環境好好多，唔知食物質素點呢？餐包似乎進步咗，外脆內軟剛剛好蕃茄忌廉湯好好飲，兩者相得益彰，稠結度又係剛好開頭以為佢冇乜汁，有啲擔心，原來啲汁喺晒底度，咁就唔會晾乾，等食嘅時候撈勻佢，超級juicy羊架通常伏味濃，好難煮得好，但佢火候掌握得非常之好，嫩口到不得了是日指定果汁係熱情果夜晚仲有特備節目，呢晚就有大律師同大家講吓法律意見，幾有心
