終於試到香港胡同啦!!!難得同好友聚腳,特登揀咗香港胡同,因為1號店食過好好味!一入黎,就有侍應大叫,いらしゃいませい!之後就帶我地入咗,由男友揸主意叫咗啲好味既野食。首先黎咗個薄切牛舌先,蔥花+洋蔥泥加埋啲牛舌到,配搭啱啱好。新鮮花枝兩食-刺し身&燒-刺し身好新鮮,所以食落口感非常好;燒就有啲硬,唔係太啱我。達拉斯-高級安格斯牛肉紋超靚,望落去好精緻。肉汁鎖曬,一啖過,超好味。牛五花呢個大家一定要試,入口即溶。後面燒原隻波特蘑菇,雖然都好味,但我覺得有啲硬&乾。反而杏鮑菇肉汁+山藥超好味,我地靜係燒單邊,鎖好曬啲水,好juicy, 大家可以試下墨魚香腸 + 角切牛舌腸仔超有口感,又冇果啲臭腸味,墨魚粒配搭魚肉,又唔會太隔硬黎,又有嚼口。比起薄切既,我比較鍾意角切呢個,够厚,啖啖肉既感覺啖啖肉既朋友可以試下。伊比利豬肋條嗯…調味有點重手,有啲咸😅追加鷄首肉-好嫩好入味😶😶😶奶油芝士地瓜其實幾好食,甜地瓜配咸芝士,不過如果地瓜再甜啲會更好,我地6人share反而唔覺好膩。今日好開心,係香港都可以食到呢個級數既肉,抵!店員風趣幽默,好nice😄😄😄每燒完一樣野,就會換1個烤網。完全唔怕痴曬
