冬天除咗打邊爐,最好就係食煲,尤其係少少辣嘅新加坡胡椒蟹煲。聽講銅鑼灣嘅”張公館”係出名食胡椒蟹煲,就專程嚟試吓。嚟到就覺得係高級中菜館嘅格局,甚至可以望到維港景色。而呢度嘅服務員都好周到,除咗幫手斟茶仲會定時換碟。另外佢嘅茶選擇好豐富,連龍井都有,啱晒我茶先生。新加坡胡椒蟹爪粉絲煲 $268因為佢係蟹爪,而唔係原隻蟹,所以價錢真係好平,但味道同樣出色,份量相當多,而且好有新加坡當地風味。注意呢度菜係有啲辣,但啱晒冬天食。羊肚菌松茸竹笙花菇燉湯 $98睇名已經知一定好飲,味道遠在平時飲到嘅雞湯之上。其中一個功勞係佢燉嘅時間夠耐,羊肚菌同松茸都已經好腍。香炸蝦棗 $108類似炸蝦球,入邊仲釀咗啲芫荽,點埋佢嘅甜酸醬,係好滋味嘅小食。豬油渣大地魚粒炒菜心苗 $188好奇特嘅蔬菜煮法。菜心嘅味道主要靠大地魚粒調出嚟,大地魚粒明顯炸過,好香口。同樣嘅味道同口感亦喺金黃色嘅豬油渣度搵到,明顯呢道菜係想盡量將油香依附喺菜心之上。作為高檔中菜,佢嘅價錢合理,菜式煮法特別,足夠惹味又有傳統,難怪我哋食到七點已經坐滿人,仲有人排隊!
