To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間位於銅鑼灣的米線, 是連鎖的米線店, 好處就是到到吃到的味道和口感都是很一致的, 以至到我去到邊都想食呢間的米線, 實在是太好味的了腩肉小鍋米線腩肉夠腍，肉質夠嫩，厚厚的一塊腩肉比起多面食到的更加多了一層口感和味道的特別每一舊都厚切，份量亦頗多。所以即使叫左係一餸都夠食作為酸辣湯底, 呢個酸菜夠香, 非常重要的, 因為是直接影響湯底個酸味 麵質爽口彈牙，配上濃厚小鍋米線湯底，簡直是一流配合。 性格比高，值得一試👍🏻
