To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

能配搭不同醬料的冷麵

炎炎夏日，吃涼食就最好不過。今天就來到了2樓的「貓麵」購買午餐。筆者點的是「麻辣三寶麵」。首先選擇麵底，有冷麵、粉皮、薯粉和刀削麵4款可選擇。然後就選撈撈的醬汁，共有8款。有些款式較為冷門，例如：柚子汁、鰻魚汁；穩陣起見，筆者選了秘制麻辣汁。最後就選3款麻辣小食，雪櫃備有十多款辣味小食，筆者今回點了豬大腸、水魷魚和娃娃菜。從圖片可見，撈冷麵份量頗大碗。吃完這碗麵後，基本上也不用再購買其他小吃了。（青瓜絲是附送的，店員會問食客進食與否才放碗。）筆者選了冷麵作麵底。平時吃此麵都是配港式冷麵的撈汁，想不到配上其秘制辣汁也很夾。3款麻辣小食的份量也不少。但因為全部被麻辣汁醃上了，味道上沒有分別，只是吃進口時，口感和質感不同而已。惠顧「貓麵」前，曾上來查看食評。筆者看見有不少食家都批評店舖的人態度不好，還好今回遇到的店員態度不錯。
