Restaurant: 麥記美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

脆底嘅鍋貼

成日經過北角堡壘街都未幫親過嘅小食店，因為睇到傳媒嘅報導，於是就去試下食個最多人讚嘅鍋貼，估唔到咁細隻，$10/3隻，皮就真係好薄，餡都可以，味道唔會太鹹，不過煎到個底部黑而脆，係就係好香，不過感覺食黑黑脆脆好似燶咗嘅好似無咁健康，所以都唔敢食哂成個底部。總結：話哂都攞過米芝蓮，不過個人就覺得唔係特別好食，只係感覺好一般，不過個男職員都好好人，亦見到好多佢嘅熟客嚟幫親，而我覺得經過都可以一試，因為價錢都真係平嘅。
