今日tea 一 tea地點係灣仔鵝頸橋附近的越南食店 ~ 虹庭越南餐廳, 15:30 嚟到, 直入餐廳, 無需等位, 餐廳裝修簡潔, 有越南特色的裝飾, 最抵食當然係下午茶餐, 今日想食法包越南咖啡 (跟食品加配$15)越南咖啡風味獨特, 濃烈的咖啡在香甜的練奶襯托下, 特別好飲, 餐廳還用熱水盛住保溫, 風味持續。招牌牛油蒜香雞亦 ($80)雞翼薄薄一片脆漿, 炸得乾身不油膩, 入口脆卜卜, 牛油蒜蓉香味特出, 雞翼經醃製處理才炸熟, 雞翼大大隻, 很嫩滑Juicy, 鹹香惹味得很。鵝肝醬三色扎肉法包 ($85)法包暖手的, 皮脆內軟, 配料超豐富超多, 甘香油滑的鵝肝醬配上越南扎肉及半肥瘦越式叉燒, 呢個法包聰明之處系肉與肉之間爽雜了清新爽口的青瓜條、香茜及醃制酸甜蘿蔔絲, 除了增加法包的口感及豐富了其味道外, 還能中和鵝肝及肉類的油膩感, 多食也不覺膩呢。

越南咖啡 (跟食品加配$15)
越南咖啡風味獨特, 濃烈的咖啡在香甜的練奶襯托下, 特別好飲, 餐廳還用熱水盛住保溫, 風味持續。

招牌牛油蒜香雞亦 ($80)
雞翼薄薄一片脆漿, 炸得乾身不油膩, 入口脆卜卜, 牛油蒜蓉香味特出, 雞翼經醃製處理才炸熟, 雞翼大大隻, 很嫩滑Juicy, 鹹香惹味得很。

鵝肝醬三色扎肉法包 ($85)
法包暖手的, 皮脆內軟, 配料超豐富超多, 甘香油滑的鵝肝醬配上越南扎肉及半肥瘦越式叉燒, 呢個法包聰明之處系肉與肉之間爽雜了清新爽口的青瓜條、香茜及醃制酸甜蘿蔔絲, 除了增加法包的口感及豐富了其味道外, 還能中和鵝肝及肉類的油膩感, 多食也不覺膩呢。
