To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🔮脆肉鯇木瓜魚湯米線  $45每次譚仔出身新嘅湯底,我都會好好奇走去試吓！最近新出個木瓜魚湯底,入口時又有驚喜 那份驚喜竟然是家常菜的味道又係果句未食麵,先飲湯,鮮甜的魚湯再加上木瓜香,第一啖便覺得很似媽媽以前喺屋企煲嘅木瓜生魚湯的味道; 加上脆肉鯇,質地爽滑而鮮脆,那些半生熟的木瓜,甜得來,又不會太腍,仲有種好健康滋潤嘅感覺, $40幾蚊食到家的味道其實都幾抵,誠意推介俾個個譚仔迷 🔮土匪雞翼  $26 / 3 隻再加上一份譚仔傳統風味小食,土匪雞翼,孜然惹味十足,味道依舊保持水準,我好多時都叫搭單叫的 🔮熱情果青瓜特飲    跟餐+$13味道似青瓜雪碧梳打,不太覺得有熱情果的味道,不果甜甜地帶草青清新感,都還可以接受的
