To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日晏晝去中環做嘢，正當唔知食乜嘢好，抬頭一望見到譚仔個招牌，決定一於喺嗰度解決今日午餐。望勻個餐牌，都諗唔到食乜嘢，突然見到有個脆肉鯇皮蛋米線嘅poster，立即就落order。首先講吓啲配菜先，由於係清湯底嘅關係，所以腐竹同埋芽菜都冇乜味。好彩有芫荽喺度調一調味，整體來講都還可以。跟住講吓主角，脆肉鯇非常之唔錯，但係啲份量就少到可憐，加加埋埋都唔知有冇五片。然後米線來講，軟硬適中，口感唔錯。皮蛋方面，都係份量非常之少，味道就一般般，都係普通貨色，冇乜嘢特別。嘢飲方面，噬咗杯凍檸茶，冇乜嘢特別，為一個缺點就係我有叫少甜但係都係太甜。
