To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說早前跟同事在隔離的盈林閣茶餐廳吃了一頓令人沮喪的午餐，大家說好了翌日繼續到這裡探險，都是來到我才知道呢間茶記叫做翠豪園。瞄一瞄午餐的餐條，隨便選取了沙薑雞脾飯。沙薑汁幾濃，味道對辦，撈飯都幾好；雞脾幾滑溜，用手「扯」，連埋雞皮食，總比之前在盈林閣的無味牛脷好吃得多。環境要比隔離的茶記好，卻說不上企理，衛生情況仍有待改善。這次的探險記，總算叫做脫險吧！
