To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

銀龍咖啡茶座應該開了很久吧？假日行走衛奕迅徑前吃個早餐吃最好的事情！這裡老闆娘非常好傾，以前我也不知這號店，但店面貼滿腐乳蛋白多士，加上老闆娘積極介紹，忍不住在這裡來一個腐乳多士$25一個人打理店鋪，加上創意小食，不得不佩服老闆娘的毅行及創意！多士內塗上一層淡淡的腐乳，咬下去時多予陣咸香味！它沒有添上蜜糖，反而用練奶及牛油，加上新鮮炸出，幸好過來一試！有人話芒果多多或奶茶是必試！但我卻對簡單的香茅青檸蜜糖水$20很不錯，叫了一杯來，結果也沒有令我失望。又有力氣去爬山啦！

一個人打理店鋪，加上創意小食，不得不佩服老闆娘的毅行及創意！

多士內塗上一層淡淡的腐乳，咬下去時多予陣咸香味！它沒有添上蜜糖，反而用練奶及牛油，加上新鮮炸出，幸好過來一試！

有人話芒果多多或奶茶是必試！但我卻對簡單的香茅青檸蜜糖水$20很不錯，叫了一杯來，結果也沒有令我失望。

又有力氣去爬山啦！
