踏入12月,聖誕氣氛越黎越濃厚,想起歐洲的聖誕市集,也想超歐洲的紅酒白酒Thanksgiving, 梗加想起無限量的cheese吧!銅鑼灣開平道Belgos 正正主打比利時菜,想要食cheese 飲紅酒有歐洲氣氛,Belgos 肯定係黎緊慶祝節日首選🤩🤩開平道就唔算長,但Belgos 餐廳之大已就像佔了整條街似的,餐廳的裝潢是我愛的歐式風格,戶外室內也可盡情,營造出歐洲餐廳的氛圍,有DJ即興打碟,而且室內就像藝術館一樣,比利時藝術家Rene Magritte一大幅名畫Man in a Bowler Hat就在開方式芝士檯後方,酒吧藏酒之豐盛,未食已經覺得一整個氣氛係超多麽壯觀的畫面!一坐下店員先送來Vichyssoise Soup法式傳統薯仔湯,薯仔打得幼滑細緻,入落有淡淡大蔥和洋蔥香味,飲下飲下,腦海的確幼想緊自己係歐洲過緊節啊!接著店員送上Sangria, 香甜滋味清新開胃正好陪襯接續的Cold Cut and Cheese Palette.Cold Cut and Cheese Palette 總類超多,比爾芝士 同Camembert都滑溜可口,也有Pepperoni 同Sala

來得比利時餐廳梗係唔可以錯過經典名菜招牌青口配薯條吧

最簡單經典味道,香蒜白酒,就已經可以襯托出青口的咸鮮,青口小小隻肉質卻係鮮美,
無咩複雜的調味,基本上就是食緊青口本身的鮮甜味!
附上薯條炸得金黃,外脆內軟,配係青口入面的香蒜白酒就已經好好食。
