To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

“雲桂香”屯門呢個鋪位已經好多年，之前學生時期喺屯門返兼職嘅時候就已經開始食佢嘅米線，個人覺得比起幾年前水平係有少少下降😢小鍋米線(麻辣小辣+ 腩肉豆卜)$55（連飲品）😋指數⭐️⭐️⭐️/5️⃣米線係幼嗰種偏淋身，個湯底雖然係叫麻辣但係都會有一陣酸菜味，腩肉係雲桂香比較出名嘅餸，但個人覺得就係水平下降得最勁嘅食品，前幾年食佢個腩肉係醃得好入味，就算浸喺湯入面都唔會話無味，但裝修完再返去食就覺得啲腩肉肥咗同埋放咗落個湯度就冇咗嗰種麻辣味😢凍檸七🥤值得一讚嘅係普通平時跟餐嘅嘢飲就加$6，但凍檸七因為係特飲就貴少少，呢到嘅野飲夠曬大杯，食辣野一流👍🏻👍🏻
