趁著今天休息日,不用上班,下午便去荃灣悅來坊~吉之島購物。逛到累時,便和家人相約吃埋晚餐才回家。悅來坊B1樓,有很多餐廳,可以選擇。天氣太炎熱,也想食些清淡食品,一於選吃元札幌拉麵就最好。我們點了豬軟骨拉麵,肉質既有肉汁亦鬆軟,湯底濃郁,好美味。溫泉蛋牛肋條飯,日本溫泉蛋,煮得剛剛好,蛋味十足,牛肋條份量很多,肉質有咬口,配醃製蘿蔔菠菜,送飯一流。還有杯子蒸蛋和沙律,味噌湯,簡直系兩個人都吃不完。海鮮大板燒,鋪滿木魚,淋上蕃茄醬,厚厚的蛋醬,混合海鮮配料,微酸得來好滋味。蟹籽沙律,新鮮爽脆,女士最愛。牛舌串燒,完美的金黃色,燒的好香口,不會好韌,爽口啖啖肉。可能近酒店,所以有如此高水準的日本餐廳,服務員也有禮殷勤親切。
