To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 坐落在隱秘的工廈𥚃,環境不算優美,食物的質素卻是十分十分佳。初到餐廳時,除了我們沒有其他客人,令我們都有些懷疑餐廳的質素。但當第一道菜到我們的桌上,就知道懷疑都是多餘的。不論是炒茶炒飯,炸物小品,都令人食指大動,鑊氣十足。白飯都叫多幾碗。全晚我們點了兩款炸物,三款小菜。三款小菜都沒有過火,而且層次十足。特別推介KFC雞髀菇和芋頭魚兩款炸物。完全不油膩,外脆內軟,比一般素食餐廳高質很多。加上老闆有禮貌有熱誠,絕對推薦給各位素食者。
