由舊舖搬到來廈門街,每一次幫襯都食得好開心好滿足,omakase 真心覺得抵食,師傅好有heart好明顯佢除咗對食材有執着,亦都好用心思考如何作出變化讓熟客總有驚喜,佢甚至會記錄熟客食過啲乜,確保你有新體驗,食埋人情味你話抵唔抵?!北海道真蠔,鮮甜爽脆大大隻,100分滿分!師傅入嘅海膽係信心保證,你可以見到佢個盒就完全知道係堅好嘢拖羅係基本野,當然係一定要靚,師傅話呢個係什麼三角位置,我唔知咁樣係咪代表特別好嘢呢?其實最好食嘅我冇影相...每次最後一道菜必然係拖羅魚蓉加拖羅油手卷,暫時來講冇一間日本料理做得比佢出色,佢嘅手卷係秘製㗎!我每一次從師傅手上接咗個手卷就馬上塞入個口😂呢個夠特別啦!係象拔蚌嘅肝臟!師傅秘製嘅佢話要花好多功夫牡丹蝦超好食😋蝦子嘅鹹香味提升鮮味其實有好多魚師傅講完我都唔記得個名😂好似有花魚、真唔知乜嘢魚、有堅魚、仲有隻胡椒乜呢?日本海域嘅魚鮮實在太多了....唔記得唔緊要最緊要好食🤗多謝師傅!

其實有好多魚師傅講完我都唔記得個名😂好似有花魚、真唔知乜嘢魚、有堅魚、仲有隻胡椒乜呢?日本海域嘅魚鮮實在太多了....唔記得唔緊要最緊要好食🤗多謝師傅!
