「大喜屋日本料理」,其實它是「極尚大喜屋」的副線:我覺得它的強項是一系列的自創壽司及卷物,用料有海膽,都算落本,新鮮程度也令人滿意,必吃:刺身與手卷,合格水平,甜蝦是最好吃的項目,喜愛吃甜蝦的朋友不要錯過。其餘燒物與鍋物,味道還好,今晚我們胃口不少呢。「味噌牛肉鍋」是我最喜愛的,牛肉帶生,浸在湯內,不會過熟,味道甜甜,送烏東最好!
