To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日老闆請晒我哋成個部門食收爐飯呢度嘅中午自助餐都幾正,有生蠔食。上年都嚟過,今年嘅生蠔比上年好食好多。今年嘅生蠔係喺澳洲來的,生蠔非常之甜美。今次我食都差唔多食咗兩打生蠔,我老闆仲犀利食咗60隻。其他嘅嘢食都唔錯,仲有Häagen-Dazs雪糕任食。中午來講呢一間自助餐都算抵食仲要有咁多款
