To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友book 了中秋節後即9月11日，食自助午餐，位於機場天際萬豪酒店天際咖啡店。朋友是會員，8折，折了一人360圓。刺身三文魚肥美，有玉子，好味，賣相都好新鮮美觀。壽司有捲物、三文魚壽司、墨魚、等等,好鮮味啲飯好黏口唔錯。熱盤，有卽場製車仔面，我要蝦仁，🐔蛋。燒牛肉都唔錯好大件好肥美。還有燒味叉燒、燒鵝和雞。一般燒味水準。最特別是有玻璃瓶維他奶，我童年回憶🤪。甜品，有tiramisu，Movenpick 雪糕、葡國蛋撻等等。都算多野食，今日星期日假期，都不算多人。
