To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每到晚市時間都經常見到店外大排長龍，人來人往，於是都想試試。是日平日，晚上5:45到達，不用排隊，直接入內，然後點餐：🍣胡麻冷烏冬配珍寶熟蝦烏冬份量少，而且唔夠彈牙，整體一般。🍣芝麻八爪魚味道咸左少少，八爪魚🐙新鮮惹味。🍣腐皮烏冬湯烏冬質感好過冷烏冬。🍣炙燒黑椒三文魚炙燒嘅三文魚恰當好處，唔錯。🍣大阪章魚燒🐙 算是大粒，有外脆內軟效果。🍣帆立貝帆立貝肉肥厚鮮甜。🍣貝三點（北寄貝、螺片、赤貝）北寄貝同赤貝都爽口鮮甜，螺片有驚喜。🍣吞拿魚不過不失。🍣三文魚炙燒的好味啲。壽司飯都做得唔錯，珍珠米粒粒分明，壽司醋恰當好處。

湯烏冬質感好過冷烏冬。

🍣炙燒黑椒三文魚
炙燒嘅三文魚恰當好處，唔錯。
