牛極係一間食石燒牛排的餐廳,採取自助形式,有點餐機:自助沙律、白飯、醬料:仲有牛肉湯都係任拎任添的!重點係牛扒價錢唔貴,$80已經可以食到。牛肩排($80)及牛柳($110),若你唔係大胃王的話,最小份量的180-200g已經好夠食。牛扒上檯時只有一成熟,其餘時間就靠呢塊熱石板煎熟,所以自己想食幾熟就幾熟。檯面上仲有粉紅岩鹽及黑椒等你調味,我就鍾意加少量黑椒更香。切開牛扒,真係medium rare,所以可以再煎多陣,$100左右價錢有牛扒食,都算係平價美食之選。
